This Sunday is my wife’s birthday and like usual I have no idea what to get. She is or has to be one of the hardest woman to shop for on this planet we call Earth. Last year I bought her a cashmere sweater that I thought for sure was going to be a homerun gift. She returned it after a few days because while she liked it; it just didn’t feel like something she would wear a lot. I have no idea if that was a polite way of telling me she hated it or what but that is the impression that I got. I do have something up my sleeve though this year and I can thank my assistant Jenny for the inspiration. She came into work the other day with blue eyes and I noticed them right away because she doesn‘t have blue eyes. Turns out you can buy non prescription colored contacts so I’m going to get my wife a pair. I have to figure out something else though as I can’t just get her those.
